He is the Founder – CEO of Megalogix, an IT and Education Solution Provider with more than 25 years of experience as head of an organization in an extremely competitive market. His passion lies in designing medical therapeutic devices and equipments. He established the NGO : Innovative Educational and Welfare Society in 2003 and has driven several social and welfare projects.

Subhash’s mission is to offer business strategies and inspire the team to ensure the company’s continuing success and long term growth. He has more than 40 years of global experience in delivering comprehensive business strategy and technology solutions. Apart from being a business tycoon, Subash is also a Philanthropist who contributes to several social and welfare projects. He has been a constant source of Inspiration for Project ARCHON and has constantly supported the project in several ways to ensure its success.

Dr. Chander Shekhar (Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, Delhi) is an acclaimed name in his field, He is one of the most distinguished and recognized practitioners in the orthopaedics discipline of medicine. The doctor deals with the problems related to the musculoskeletal system which is concerned with the correction of spinal and bony deformities in children as well as adults. Dr. Chander Shekhar has been a supporter and consultant to Project ARCHON for the last 8 years. With his help, medical camps have been held in ARCHON for Senior Citizens and the people in nearby villages. He specializes in orthopaedic Geriatric issues and is available for consultancy for all residents of ARCHON

Vishal is passionate about life in general but particularly – peace, food and people. Trained as an engineer and business professional abroad, he is compassionate about enabling people to achieve more with latest in technology. Defined by the culture and values that were instilled growing up in nooks and gulley’s of Delhi, he calls Seattle, WA USA as home since last 25 years. His primary focus is to provide guidance, insight and access to technologies that will contribute to long term success of Archon Assisted Living Facility. An accountant by profession, Nandlal has more than 12 years of experience in the field of accounts and finance. He maintains an excellent record in statutory requirements and contact with Chartered Accountants. He is fond of inventing new ways to present financial data and status reports. Nandlal has been handling the finances of the Parent NGO and Project ARCHON for the last 7 years. He is always open to solving problems and finding solutions to legal / financial hurdles including arrangement of loan / credit from Financial Institutions.

A Doctor by profession, Dr. Archana joined the NGO 15 years back as a Doctor in its charitable clinic in Village Zamrudpur, south Delhi. She attends to more than 20 patients a day and offers free consultation and medication. Her wide experience as a Clinician, Homeopath and Naturopath has given her healing hands to treat and cure more than 30,000 Seniors over last 15 years. Dr. Archana believes in a holistic approach to medicine along-with nature cures that are easy and effective on Senior Citizens.

He has several years of experience in client coordination and relations. His speciality is that he works with a smile and calmness to solve all types of problems however complex it may be. He is fond of serving Senior Citizens and is very compassionate about their comfort, happiness and well-being. Gurmeet has prior experience of Hospitality Industry and Telecom sector.
